To keep things fast and eco-friendly, we handle our own deliveries!
- Local Bike Courier: Used for small-to-medium items within 10km.

Company Delivery Van: Used for larger items or deliveries further afield.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over 200AED.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Orders placed before 6 PM are typically delivered the same day or All destinations: 2-4 business days.
- Standard delivery window: 9 AM – 9 PM, Monday through Saturday
What to Expect
Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive a email notification. Since we use our own fleet, our drivers will call upon arrival to ensure a smooth hand-off.
Missed Deliveries
If we can’t reach you, we will leave a note and attempt redelivery the next day.
